The Price of onions once again rocked the andhra pradesh assembly this morning. The Ruling Party alleged that onions are being sold at Rs 200 per Kg at Heritage Fresh stores. The Opposition leader, chandrababu naidu, tried to escape from the allegation saying that Heritage fresh is sold to Future Retail and their family only owns the ownership of Heritage Foods which is into the dairy business.
Even then, congress PARTY' target='_blank' title='ysr congress-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>ysr congress repeatedly mentioned the prices of onions in Heritage Fresh today as well. chandrababu naidu intelligently threw a Challenge in the assembly today. "Heritage is no longer ours. If the government is able to prove otherwise, I will resign to my mla post. If not, will jagan resign to his chief minister Post?," Chandrababu said in the assembly.
Finance minister, buggana rajendranath reddy immediately brought to the notice of the house that Heritage Fresh was sold to Future Retail but Chandrababu's family was given a stake in the Future Retail and so, it is not correct to say Chandrababu's family is no way related to the business of Heritage Fresh. The opposition remained silent over this rebuttal.
