Rapaka Varaprasad, the lone legislator of Jana Sena party in the state assembly has become a throne in the flesh of his own party. The mla may have decided to change the party and it is only a matter of time since he is continuing to defy the party stand and get closer with the Ruling ysr Congress.
Rapaka, who is representing razole constituency in east godavari district, reiterated his stand on saturday in support of Jagan's Three Capitals idea even though his party has taken a firm stand against moving the capital from Amaravati. He alleged that hyderabad was the only place that was developed in united andhra pradesh and the remaining districts were neglected. He believes that the proposal of three capitals would develop all regions equally.
Rapaka further, lauded Jagan for implementing several welfare schemes for all the sections of people. He further made a big statement that Development and Welfare are two eyes of Jagan's Government.
