Reportedly US President donald trump has set a presidential record for his active engagement on twitter as he tweeted and retweeted at length about the Senate impeachment trial, the Democrats who want to replace him and on a few more crucial meets. Earlier in october 2019, trump has already tweeted close to 250 times that month. Meanwhile once, the president also created a record by tweeting 123 postings. Talking about single-day record for tweets, on Dec 12, 2019, trump set a record during his time in the white house and it was on the day the house Judiciary Committee opened its marathon session to approve two articles of impeachment against the president.

Furthermore trump set his all-time record for tweets in a day before he became president, with 161 posts in january 2015. Since the youth of this generation is highly investing in politics and the round of ideas around it through social media, politicians have chosen it as a platform to voice their opinions and interact directly with the public. Presently trump is at Davos, switzerland, and is attending the World Economic Forum. During then, he has tweeted 41 tweets between 12 a.m. and 1 a.m. ET (6 am to 7 am in Davos). And, the mammoth tweets to his more than 71 million followers were retweets of messages, videos and images from a Republican lawmaker, followed by backers haranguing Democrats over the impeachment trial.

Apparently a few of his pool of tweets also included incendiary posts excoriating Rep. Adam Schiff, one of the house Democratic impeachment managers, and a retweet of a provocative image posted by white house social media director Dan Scavino that shows trump walking in front of a fiery scene meant to symbolize the incineration of the "Deep State."
