The state government sent the resolution to the central government demanding the repeal of the legislative council. The assembly secretariat sent to the state government the details of the voting, along with the resolution passed by the legislature last night. The Chief Secretary is in receipt of the Resolution and the voting details

The State government will forward the resolution passed by the andhra pradesh Legislative assembly to the Union cabinet Secretary, home, and Law Departments. The resolution is also forwarded to the Central election Commission. The resolution will be placed in the Central Cabinet. After the cabinet's approval, the government will put up a bill in the parliament under Article 169(1). Both the houses should pass the bill and finally, the council will be abolished only after the President's nod.

The only question here is by when abolition will take place. According to a statement from the Chief Minister’s office, tdp is "misusing its majority in the Legislative Council to halt the bills that have received majority voting in the Assembly".  So, it has lead to the abolishing of the Council as a whole.
