According to sources just three days after the first case of novel coronavirus was reported, india confirmed it's second case this morning in kerala again. Meanwhile in a media statement Union health Ministry said, "Second positive case of Novel coronavirus patient, has been reported in Kerala. The patient has a travel history from China. The patient is stable and is being closely monitored".
Furthermore kerala health minister kk Shailaja said in a media statement that the student from wuhan had been admitted to Allappuzha medical college hospital, kochi and is under observation. Reportedly the patient is said to have returned from china on january 24. Earlier on thursday, kerala reported India's first case of coronavirus a medical student studying in China's wuhan city, the epicentre of the outbreak. She was admitted in an isolated ward in thrissur, kerala after she self reported the symptoms related to virus.
Moreover the coronavirus outbreak, which originated in china and spread to more than 20 countries across the world in the last few weeks. It killed more than 300 people in China. Apart from china, first coronavirus death has been reported in philippines today morning.
