andhra pradesh chief minister, YS jagan mohan reddy attended the Sri Sarada Peetham Anniversary celebrations on Monday. He was welcomed at the ashram with the 'Purna Kumbha Swagatahm' by the priests. He participated in the programs marking the culmination of the rituals and the Viswasanthi Yagam.

 

Along with the Peethadhipathi Swami Swaroopananda and his disciple Swami Swathmanandendra, YS jagan offered prayers to Goddess Rajasyamala. After the rituals, jagan and Swami Swaroopananda had a closed-door meeting. jagan reportedly explained to him the government's plan to shift the capital from amaravati to vishakapatnam and sought his blessings. He also discussed with the seer about various welfare schemes which are underway in the state.

 

The chief minister also felicitated Veda Pandits and scholars with the 'Gold Kankanams'. Later, he inaugurated the newly constructed mandapam hall called the Swayam jyothi and received a book written by the seer called Thathvamasi based on his commentaries from Swami Swaroopananda. It is known to our readers that Swami Swaroopananda has supported jagan in all possible ways to bring him to power in the 2019 elections. He helped jagan to erase the anti-Hindu mark which helped immensely in the election.
