According to sources it was stated that the united states President donald trump visit to india has been confirmed. The press secretary of the white house has released an official statement regarding Trump's visit and there are details of the tour. Furthermore this will be Trump's first visit to india as President. Earlier modi had invited trump for the Republic Day celebrations but as trump had tight schedule, it got cancelled.
Apparently trump along with his wife Melania will visit india on february 24th and 25th. While trump may get restricted to New delhi, Melania will be travelling to ahmedabad as part of the schedule. Currently the program which is planned by PM modi is not known and further steps are taken to make arrangements for the same.
Moreover it was stated that last time when modi was in the US, trump made it to 'Howdy Modi' event in Texas. Both walked hand-in-hand at the venue which attracted the spectators.
