Furthermore the toddler, dressed as AAP chief arvind kejriwal, garnered everyone’s attention after a picture of him donning red sweater, muffler, and party's cap, went viral on social media on the counting day of the delhi assembly polls. Taking to twitter, the AAP made this “big announcement” that the “Mini Mufflerman”, identified as Avyaan Tomar, will be a special guest at the oath-taking ceremony of kejriwal, scheduled to take place on february 16.
