In case president Pranab Mukherjee doesn't give any extension, then tomorrow will be the last day of AP Assembly session and inevitably Telangana bill will reach Delhi in one to two days after tomorrow. It would also mean that the discussion has not really happened following the constitutional procedure completely. Though Congress is too confident about passing Telangana, sources say that BJP and other UPA allies are consulting constitutional experts and though regarding Article 3 there is no confusion, the experts are warning that this is a flawed process. BJP leader Yashwanth Sinha has stated that Telangana creation is proving to be a classic example of how a new state should not be created even as UPA allies are reportedly not that satisfied with the manner in which AP Assembly proceedings have progressed! If Speaker Nadendla Manohar indeed sends the bill at this stage without any discussion even by the opposition leader, then sources say it may be impossible for Congress to get Telangana bill passed! The situation is still in a fix so let us wait and see what happens.
