On friday, the tdp filed a lunch-motion petition in the state high court stating that the YSRC government was deliberately stalling the tour of their supremo Chandrababu Naidu. The party alleged that the police had miserably failed to control the congress PARTY' target='_blank' title='ysr congress-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>ysr congress activists, but tried to stall the movement of Naidu.
The court wronged police giving notice under Section 151 to chandrababu naidu when his vishakapatnam visit has all the necessary permissions from the department. "Section 151 notice is given to prevent a person from doing a crime. But it is not the case here," the judge opined.
The court also questioned how the protestors were allowed into the High-Security Zone with stones, eggs, and Tomatoes and why action is not taken on the protestors? The court asked the DGP and vishakapatnam DCP to file an affidavit with complete details and posted the next hearing to march 2nd. Meanwhile, tdp is also planning to meet governor Biswabhushan Harichandan and complain against the government and the Police. On the other side, Political Experts say that tdp has got the taste of their own medicine as they stalled the then Opposition leader, Jagan's Vishaka Tour way back in 2017.
