Reportedly in what could be a sensational news, the convicts of Nirbhaya rape have approached international court of Justice (ICJ) seeking a stay on the death sentence. This move by the convicts was not expected and this will give them additional time from facing the death penalty issued by the delhi Court.
akshay kumar Singh, pawan Gupta and Vinay Sharma have filed a petition in ICJ and urged the court to pronounce a stay. This petition may enable the three convicts from not getting executed as per the schedule. All the four convicts of Nirbhaya rape are scheduled to be hanged on march 20th at 5:30 AM.
