Telangana's capital City, hyderabad had recorded the Sixth coronavirus case of the State. A patient with a travel history to the UK has been tested positive for the deadly virus. He is currently in the isolation ward at gandhi Hospital and is undergoing treatment.
With this latest case, there are currently five active cases in telangana, while one patient had recovered and discharged. The State government has imposed strict restrictions so as to prevent community spreading of the virus. Much to the relief, there have been only the cases of people contracting them while in foreign countries.
According to the latest data available, there are 198,741 cases across the globe, with 7,989 deaths. Eighty-two thousand seven hundred seventy-nine of the infected people said to have recovered. In india, there are 149 cases so far. Fourteen of them have discharged, and there are three deaths. The cases are just increasing every minute across the World. Researchers in the US and china claim to have been working on the vaccine for the virus. But then, the vaccine is likely to be available only 18 months after the human trials are successful.
