As per report last evening telangana cm kcr took a decision to cut the salaries of ministers, MLAs, MLCs, IAS, IPS officers and other public representatives in view of lockdown. Now another state is following telangana and it is Maharashtra.  Meanwhile maharashtra deputy cm and finance minister ajit pawar has issued orders that salaries of all elected representatives, including cm, ministers, MLAs, MLCs, will be cut by 60% for the month of March. Salaries of Grade A and B officers will be deducted by 50% and that of Grade C employees, by 25%. A respite for Grade D employees as the government decided not to deduction their pay.

Moreover it was stated that mumbai is the financial capital of india and maharashtra makes most of its revenue from the city. With lockdown from the past ten days, there is no inflow of revenue. Now with corona virus lockdown, the AP's revenue sources are badly hit. This has made it difficult for the government to pay salaries for its employees and so the ysrcp government took a decision on how to pay the employees. Employees association president Suryanarayana met ap cm YS jagan and after this meeting, he spoke to the media and added that employees will be getting salaries for the month of march in phase wise manner. Suryanarayana said "CM jagan informed me and the representatives of our association that the government would pay half salaries initially and after gathering more funds in the coming days, the rest of the salaries would be paid. We have accepted cm Jagan's proposal".

He added that the state and country is going through a crisis and we need to support the government who are putting a lot of efforts. Suryanarayana also said jagan assured that the phase wise payment is applicable only for this month.
