Telangana has recorded 503 cases so far. The State government is releasing only one medical bulletin per day and that too at the end of the day daily. So, we do not have the count of the infections today. hyderabad district has got the highest number of cases in the state.
Twelve clusters have been sealed off by the authorities due to the detection of more cases. Around 89 cases of the total cases in hyderabad are in these clusters. Movements will be highly restricted, residents screened and tested in a door to door survey, and disinfectants will be sprayed.
In this case, the chief minister of the state has extended the lockdown until april 30th. odisha and punjab have already announced this extension. kcr announced this extension after his meeting with PM modi through video conferencing.
