Recently, jagan got another shock from ap high court. ap ex-election commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has been moved out of his seat due to the government’s decision which created sensational news. Now, he has been ordered to re-join his services as judged by high court.
Jagan is the name heard for his victory and success. He swiped almost all the seats in assembly leaving a few to chandra babu to give opposition cadre. But, people are not ready to give the minimum also in the coming local body elections. It is known that election commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar postponed the elections due to the corona pandemic. ycp is not ready to postpone as corona was not severe in AP. At last, Kanagarajan took Ramesh’s chair after many cat and race steps from government and executives.
Jagan government reduced the service time of Nimmagadda by 3 years. governor too approved it. The Law council too followed them. Then, Law council GO 31, panchayat raj GO 617, 618 are released. It is told that the above GO s violated the law and ordered Nimmagadda to come back to his position.
On the other side, Neelam Sahni too attends court second time regarding the issue of coloring government offices. It seems jagan should control his speed to save his time and the court’s time.
