The Nandigama police of krishna district have registered a case against Opposition leader,  Nara chandrababu naidu for allegedly flouting the lockdown norms. they have decided to file a case after a complaint by a lawyer named Srinivas. The case was booked under Section 188 of the indian Penal Code (IPC).

The complainant alleged that Naidu had flouted lockdown rules during his visit from hyderabad to his residence in Undavalli. After two months in hyderabad, Chandrababu arrived in andhra pradesh last Monday.  All along the route, he had his partymen welcome him without following any COVID-19 preventive measures.

At all the places Naidu stopped, but he did not even try to ask them to wear masks or follow social-distancing. There was already a petition filed in the andhra pradesh high court asking for a case to be registered against the tdp chief for this ‘gross violation of lockdown rules’. Meanwhile, Chandrababu who got permission to enter ap for meeting vishakapatnam lg Polymers victims is back in hyderabad without even meeting them. That has also evoked criticism from all the quarters. Let us see what courts do in this issue.
