The thing is either executive or legislature, should bow to the judiciary. There is no matter of personal opinion and interest here. Nimmagadda made comments on Y C P government that A P high court ordered him to join as election Commissioner and the appointment of kanagaraj is dismissed. The government's decision is to jeopardize autonomy and integrity. Along with this, The court stated that Nimmagadda Ramesh can continue as a state election commissioner till 31 march 2021, till the end of his term.
Nimmagadda Ramesh is not listening to the advocate general behalf of government also. He is more aggressive about his condition. On the other side, even jagan government is trying to escalate this case to supreme court. people too doubt that why is jagan taking this thing too serious ? Where the problem is?
