The Corona situation in india is becoming scary. The country has reported 9,304 new coronavirus cases and 260 deaths in the last 24 hours. The total number of cases in the country now at 2,16,919, including 1,06,737 active cases, 1,04,107 cured/discharged/migrated, and 6,075 deaths, announced the Ministry of health and Family Welfare.
This is the highest single-day spike in the number of COVID-19 cases (9304) and deaths (260) in India. The cases are increasing day by day, and every day is a new record. The number of casualties are also increasing. It looks like at this rate; we may see the Ten Million Cases by the end of this month or early.
Meanwhile, the Governments continue to relax Lockdown norms. maharashtra, tamil Nadu, and delhi are the states with the highest number of cases. The cases are also increasing in both the telugu States. Along with the people coming in from other states and foreign returns, the native cases are also increasing at a rapid pace in the past one week or so. And then, the vaccine for the contagious virus is not seen in the near future.
