Notwithstanding the tall claims by the officials about stringent measures being taken to contain coronavirus spread, the number of positive cases has been rising alarmingly over the last few days. telangana has registered a whopping 352 Positive cases, the highest ever in a day. There were three deaths as well and the total deaths are 195.
302 of them are from the ghmc area itself which indicates that the capital region is in the danger zone. Two hundred and thirty patients have recovered and got discharged today. That takes the total discharged to 3,301. There are total 6,027 confirmed Corona cases in the state.
The state government is worried that the viral disease has been spreading from those coming from outside – other states as well as other countries. “The only way is check this is to conduct tests for everybody coming from outside the state and the country,” an official said. But the testing in the state has been very low and one of the worst in the entire country. It has to be seen if telangana will be in danger due to this attitude of the Government.
