Corona Crisis is becoming serious in Telangana. The total coronavirus cases of telangana have reached 13,436, as per the medical bulletin released last night. One thousand eighty-seven more swab samples tested positive for coronavirus on Saturday. Out of these 1087 cases, 888 cases are from hyderabad and Seventy Four cases are from Rangareddy district. That means there are 962 cases are from Telangana's capital region. That means 88.5% of the total cases of telangana are from the capital region itself.
The daily cases are rapidly increasing, and importantly, the capital region is earmarked as the red Zone. In the wake of these developments, a central team led by joint secretary of Union health ministry, Lav Agarwal, will visit hyderabad tomorrow.
The central team will interact with the state health department officials and discuss the measures to be implemented in controlling coronavirus in the state. The team will also instruct the officials on improving the coordination and strengthening the government's efforts in tackling the Contagious Virus. It has to be seen if the Center's intervention will change Telangana's Corona Combat strategy and ensure that the curve is flattened.
