Until now, Nine officers including IAS and Former IAS Officers used to handle the CMO Affairs. jagan axed Six of them at one go.
Those who are axed include P krishna MOHAN' target='_blank' title='krishna mohan-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>krishna mohan reddy, Mukthapuram hari Krishna, krishna Duvvuri, and Rtd IAS officers - J Murali, PV Ramesh, and Ajeya Kallam. The majority of their duties were assigned to IAS Officer, praveen prakash who is the Principal Secretary of the Chief Minister. Another IAS Officers, Solomon Arokia raj and K Dhanunjaya reddy also got some of them. Three of the officers are going to take care of the CMO affairs in the coming days.
ajeya kallam who previously worked as the Chief Secretary in Chandrababu's regime played a crucial role in the latter's electoral defeat as Kallam used to tarnish the image of the then government after his retirement. Another IAS Officer, PV Ramesh who worked with Chandrababu previously left Central service and joined the CMO as Principal Advisor to the Chief Minister. So, their removal came as a surprise.
