Yesterday a decision reportedly taken by the Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu but later nixed by Centre made big news. It was regarding Power Purchase Agreements. It was also protested strongly by the Telangana government.
Andhra Pradesh has been given a dole when it comes to power and though it was expected to have surplus power, due to Congress it has lost that advantage also on Telangana. But one thing behind these events is still not coming out in open.
