Speculation increased in the political circles and general public in Andhra Pradesh after YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy and media baron Ramoj Rao met for couple of hours some days back.

Many expected huge political changes and ramnifications as Ramoji Rao is known for pro TDP stance. Jagan and YSRCP supporters felt that it is a coup of sorts for the party and huge setback for AP CM Chandra Babu.
When Ramoji Rao's Eenadu blasted Chandra Babu for his anti farmer policies and sand mafia, people expected him to give huge coverage to Jagan Mohan Reddy's ongoing deeksha for special status for Andhra Pradesh.
However much to the surprise of all, Ramoji Rao shocked Jagan by not covering his deeksha. Party leaders feel with no coverage in the media and only few takers for the deeksha, Jagan may lose his steam.
