Well YSR Congress party chief Jaganmohan Reddy who seems to be
really desperate to win electorate may be running out of ideas, since
many of the promises he has been making of late are only considered to
be outdated.
Jagan had made a promise that he
would be implementing total prohibition in AP provided his party is
voted to power during next elections. In 1994 elections, the people of
United AP were fully impressed by total prohibition promise.
This
pre-poll promise was made by then Telugu Desam Party chief N T Rama Rao
which helped him comeback to power piggy riding on the mass movement
which had started at Doobagunta in Nellore district by a women called
Rosmma, who is fondly called Doobagunta Rossamma.
Now
drinking booze has more or less become a habit in our society with the
people realizing that prohibition is not something which can be easily
implemented in the State. His own aprty men are now calling Jagan
as ’Dubagunta Jagananna’!
