LV Subrahmaniam who was appointed by the Election Commission against Chandrababu Naidu's wish has become a tormentor of the Caretaker Chief Minister in his final days of the office. He dug all the files pertaining to release of funds to various contractors just before the elections for various works, forcing finance secretary M Ravichandra to go on leave.
He has sought details of all the financial transaction from various departments. These are details pertaining to transactions from the last few weeks. The Chief Secretary flew to Delhi to attend a case in the National Green Tribunal. Rumours in the Political circles are that he would handover these files to the Central Government secretly and that would spell doom for Chandrababu.
Once the new government takes charge, these files would be used to create troubles for Naidu. This will mean trouble for Chandrababu Naidu if he does not win the elections. No wonder Chandrababu Naidu will be having sleepless nights until the same day the next month. LV Subramaniam is the biggest return gift to Chandrababu Naidu from PM Modi.
