Reportedly hyderabad sizzled on Sunday as the city witnessed a maximum temperature of 42.7 degree Celsius, a deviation of 3.1 degrees above normal. Meanwhile this, even as the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said that a heat-wave alert would continue to be in place for Telangana, for the next few days.

Furthermore Nizamabad witnessed the highest temperature in the state on Sunday at 44.4 degree Celsius, a deviation of 2.7 degrees above normal, followed by Ramagundam at 44.2 degree Celsius. Accordingly Khammam also boiled at 44 degree Celsius while Bhadrachalam witnessed a maximum temperature of 43.8 degrees. Reportedly the maximum temperature in Medak was 43.6 degree Celsius while Mahbubnagar witnessed a maximum temperature of 42.4 degrees, the lowest in the state on Sunday.



Moreover the weather forecasting department also said that there might be some respite after May 22, as it predicted thunderstorms across isolated places in all districts of Telangana for the next two days after the heat wave warning ended. As per report severe heat wave conditions have impacted normal life in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and authorities in the two states have also issued several warnings, asking people to protect themselves from the heat, especially in the afternoon, and escape the blazing sun.
