YSRCP President YS Jagan did Hunger-Strike for getting Special Status to AP in Guntur before Prime Minister Modi laid foundation for Amaravathy. Even after forceful call-off the hunger strike, Jagan was announced that he would continue his agitation for getting Special Status to AP. It’s almost one week over of the completion of Amaravathy foundation.

Why he is in silent mode? It seems Jagan’s fighting for Special Status Agitation was over. Even YSRCP leaders can’t able to give answers to the media on Jagan’s agitation for Special Status to AP. Jagan’s failed to get appointment of Prime Minister Modi on inauguration day. As per political analysts, there was strong reason for Jagan’s sudden silence. Reportedly, Jagan was received strict warning from BJP leaders from Delhi on Special Status.

Union Government get report from Intelligence Bureau that Jagan wanted to increase the agitation in the state along with Congress. Jagan wasn’t made any verbal attack on BJP. His concentration is to degrade Chief Minister Chandra Babu. But BJP leaders observed that Jagan’s agitation would affect them also at end. BJP took this as serious and one central minister warned Jagan not to go forward on this. That made Jagan silent on Special Status.
