Every graduate wants to get job in Bangalore IT/ITES sector after completion of the education. Bangalore almost dominated other cities in India in IT/ITES sector. SM Krishna the then Congress Chief Minister did great job to his state in late 90’s with competing AP Chief Minister CBN. But in same Congress governance (Chief Minister Siddharamaiah) the Power situation in Karnataka is in grim situation.
Since last one month, Government announced 6 to 7 hours Power cut in the state and in Bangalore city Power cuts happened minimum 5 hours in a day. Karnataka is facing worst situation in electricity ever in last 25 years in history. Monthly overhead costs will burdensome to some industries. Reportedly, IT and ITES industries in Bangalore are looking towards two Telugu states.
AP and
Telangana would get benefit with Karnataka Power crisis. Hyderabad is already
developed infrastructure in this sector and some companies in Bangalore seek to
move to Telangana. 24x7 Power Supply in Andhra Pradesh attracted new IT and
ITES companies to land in Visakhapatnam. The city is in developing stage in
this sector and Government co-operation to the start-up companies interested to
shift to Vizag from Bangalore. So, Karnataka crisis helps to two Telugu states
to develop.
