Nitish Kumar led alliance cabinate will accommodate 28 ministers and both sons of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad - Tej Pratap and Tejashwi. 12 ministers from RJD and Janata Dal and four from congress are the splot up. 


Based on the split, the cabinet cannot accommodate members beyond 15% of the 243-seat Bihar assembly. So right now the numbers can't cross 36. The rest of the berths are left with regarding to future use. Vijaya Kumar choudary could be the water resources minister and he will be elected as speaker of the assembly. 


Congress is keen to grab this post. The RJD could accommodate Tej Pratap and Tejashwi and they will be joining the cabinet from the party's quota. Sources said Tejaswi might even get post of deputy Chief minister.

The rest of the team will also have former RJD state president Abdul Bari Siddique, Abdul Gafoor, Alok Mehta, Vijay Kumar Yadav, Chandrika Rai, Shivchandra Ram, Chandrasekhar, Anita Devi and Ram Vichar Rai. It is recently confirmed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not attend the swearing in ceremony. West Bengal Chief Minister confirmed her presence in the ceremony.
