In the recently completed Warangal by poll elections Telangana Chief Minister and TRS chief K.Chandrasekhar Rao has showed his mettle once again by making clean sweep and by winning with a huge margin. All the opposition parties faced humiliating defeat by losing their deposits.
The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) had the biggest shock after the results were announced. They just got 23,352 votes and were pushed to fifth position.
Even some unknown party which goes by the name Srama Jeevi got 28541 votes and grabbed the fourth spot. The first position was with TRS and second and third are with Congress and BJP respectively.
This shameful defeat has made the Srama Jeevi party and its candidate Jajula Bhaskar as new heroes. Political analysts feel that this could be the end of YSRCP in Telangana. On other hand Srama Jeevi party leaders are optimistic about the victory and this has given them new hope for 2019 elections. No wonder politics is a game of uncertainties.
