Andhra Pradesh CM Chandra Babu Naidu may be taking pride that he is on a mission to develop the state and put it on world map with world class capital at Amaravathi. Chandra Babu may also feel that he is making all the right moves with regards to all decisions.
However he received huge shock from ESL.Narasimhan, Governor of both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Governor shocked Chandra Babu by refusing to give ascent to Chandra Babu's decision to appoint Chittaranjan Das Biswal as the Commissioner of Election Commission for AP.
Governor cited that Chittaranjan Das Biswal who resigned as APPSC Chairman will not be eligible for the Commissioner of Election Commission according to the rule stated in Article 319B of Indian Constitution.
Chandra Babu as everyone knows is not the one to leave the matter as it is. It has to be seen how Chandra Babu get his most preferred man and place him on the top spot in the Election Commission.
Though Chandra Babu remained silent, his party men and TDP leaders accused Governor Narasimhan of double standards and favouring TRS government led by KCR in Telangana. The new refusal may spar the relation between Chandra Babu and Governor.
