Buying an acre of land in Hyderabad is going to be a distant dream for you all. The Telangana Government recently had an e-auction and has made a statement that an acre of land has fetched Rs.29.28 Crores to Telangana Government. Aurobindo Pharma bought the prime land of five acres for a whopping price in Raidurgam.
This is close to Hitech City and Gachibowli. It has to be noted that the same company purchased another 3.65 acres in same area for a price of Rs.24.88 Crores per acre. Another company Naya Infra bought two acres of land at Raidurgam at a cost of Rs.24.20 crores per acre.
Saimed Labs paid a sum of Rs.22.02 Crore per acre for a three acre parcel. The official persons said this has broke all the previous records. The officials said even during the booming period in 2007-08 the auction of Government fetched just 18 to 23 Crores per acre.
The companies which bought the land are planning to build world-class corporate head quarters.The Government body also auctioned lands at Manikonda and Kokapet areas.
