Annapurna Studios which is owned by Nagarjuna Akkineni and the studios are often having lots of controversies. The reason is simple as the seven acre land seems to be enjoyed by lots of parties. The Annapurna land was out of news for few days and now here it is once again.
But this time, the problem has came from Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited authorities and they are looking for a piece of land belonging to Annapurna Studios for the metro rail purposes, as there is no other land available for the same.
Sources said that the authorities have already tried some alternate route and nothing was possible. The Authorities who were left clueless has approached Akkineni with a person who can represent them and they have asked to make negotiations with Nagarjuna to grab that part of land which falls in Metro Rail alignment.
As per reports, lots of individuals will lose their properties due to this metro rail as it is passing through their route. The land if Nagarjuna provides will be used by HMRL authorities for railway line purposes.
