Liquor starts to take more number of lives. Even though movies and even drink bottle itself says "Drinking is injurious to health", people never stop drinking. Now in a similar tragic incident, liquor drinking has taken seven people lives. 15 people were seriously bed ridden.
The incident happened at Swarna Bar in Krishna Lanka area in Vijayawada. As the sudden effects happened, Police sealed the bar and are investigating the case. Police said that the victims are daily wage workers and they have consumed liquor before starting the work.
Irony is the bar is so close to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandra Babu Naidu's camp office in the city. The bar was selling some liquor which is not passed by the Government.
The officials failed to take action against them and the families of victims are fuming that police are just taking bribe and are still allowing them to function. Now with 7 people died they have asked excise department officials seized the bar immediately and the police shifted the affected people to hospital.
