We reported earlier that crimes against women are raising in Andhra Pradesh. Some money lenders are providing loan for a huge price and when they struggle to pay back, they force women for sexual harassment. It was said that some TDP members themselves were a part of this.

But now Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu has asked the District Collectors to invoke the stringent 'Nirbhaya Act' to protect women from all crimes. During a conference with collectors, Chandra Babu Naidu announced this.

He said, "The law and order should be effective always and it must make preventive measures to check the crime against women. Bring 'Nirbhaya Act' against all anti social elements and on those who indulge in sexual violence on women."

Chandra Babu Naidu clearly said, the 'Call Money Racketing' operators who force women borrowers for sexual act should be punished ruthlessly under 'Nirbhaya act'. Right now we hear from reports that nine 'money call operators' have been arrested in this connection. Naidu has asked police officials to take strict action and he has ordered not to mind about their political strengths.
