Last month Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP MP Mitun Reddy slapped Air India (IA) manager at the Tirupati airport. Mithun Reddy slapped him after Rajasekhar, the manager refused to let him board a flight to Delhi as he had arrived lated at the airport after the check in counter was closed.
His supporters even vandalised the area and police during that time said they were verifying the CCTV footage to findout the exact happenings. Mithun Reddy said he didnot slap Rajasekhar and Rajasekhar himself behaved rudely for which he apologised to him after the incident.
Now it is coming out that Mithu Reddy along with 15 others are under Indian Penal Code's sections 448 (trespass), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 353 read with sub-section 34 (assault or criminal force to deter a public servant from discharge of his duty).
Reacting to it Jagan Mohan Reddy, backed his right hand man saying AP CM Chandra Babu is behind the entire episode. He dared Chandra Babu to release the CCTV footage which will expose him and challenged if Mithun Reddy was at fault,he will force him to resign immediately. Jagan went on attacking Chandra Babu evevn as it is coming out that Mithun Reddy didnot slap but punched AI manager and his supporters were seen vandalising the place.
