Polavaram TDP MLA Mudiyam Srinivas's car was caught on fire and the MLA has survived in a miraculous way. The incident took place at a highly secured spot and people are clear that this is an accident. The incident happened at the highly secured Legislative Assembly premises of Andhra Pradesh in Hyderabad.
Sources said, midst tight security and gun men around, MLA went to his car. His personal staff also got inside the vehicle as soon as the assembly ended. But the car was caught on fire.
Due to this incident there was huge panic and tension. Other MLAs, ministers, officials ran towards shelter anticipating bomb blast or any other terror attack. But immediately MLA and his staff walked out of the car safely. The car was completely burnt though fire engines were rushed into service.
As per reports, the car was identified as Maruti Swift and the number was told as AP 29 CB 0078. Police who rushed to situation found that the mishap happened due to short circuit. However a case was registered and investigation will be done regarding this mishap.
