In the background of suspension of MLA Roja for her in disciplined behavior in assembly; YSRCP leader Y.S Jaganmohan reddy has demanded a withdrawal of suspension order on Roja which is termed for 1 year. He said he would go to the court for justice if it’s not done here.
Session started with the wishes to Jagan Mohan reddy on his birthday. Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said that they will not allow for withdrawal on suspension as she has misbehaved with a leader of the party and chief minister of the state. He gave green signal for them to go to the court for justice. Jagan had no point to counteract.
Speaker Kodela Sivaprasad also reacted in the same way that suspension could continue till 1 year. He continued that this is not the right way of asking or reacting on suspension. One can apologize for their mistake and request the assembly to come back to their seat. At last Jagan walked out with his party members and boycotted assembly the whole winter sessions.
People elected his as opposition leader and their representative to ask government about improper functions; problems faced etc. Instead of solving them Jagan has boycotted all the sessions for his party people and party.
