KCR has good talent in fore seeing and predicting people’s actions. But sometimes he failed to get people’s pulse. Recently; the extension of last date of regularisation of notification for land is an example. Social welfare schemes or the policies which bring hike in economic development are not in the route which KCR expected. To let this happen; did KCR stepped down? Yes says political gossips.
Illegal construction in Hyderabad; who doesn’t follow the rules laid by GVMC is given a breath taking scheme. As per the legalisation amendments of illegally constructed buildings; huge revenue is going to be collected to Telangana government. Hyderabad is filled with fraud and faulty constructions. Many of the buildings are not registered as per GVMC. Now; there is a scope for such people to pay penalty and register their buildings. With this revenue many more welfare schemes can be implemented which helps poor and needy people throughout the state.
But after getting the regularisation notification; many people didn’t react and took it light. Only few people have responded for the notification and paid penalty. 80% of the people didn’t react. This shocked the government. It extended the last date of regularisation from December 31st to further which shows KCR has stepped out to collect revenue
