K.T.Rama Rao seems to grab the spot light in 2016. He recently ridiculed the remarks made by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu with respect to bifurcation of state.
Naidu said that Andhra Pradesh incurred more losses due to bifurcation of state and regarding this statement, K.T.Rama Rao said, "I don't know why Naidu says this. In fact it is just Andhra which has been benefited tremendously after bifurcation of state. If not for bifurcation, Andhra regions would never had got an IIT, IIM, AIIMS, IIIT, new capital Amaravati etc.
When you look on the development, Andhra has more development than Telangana. This is not possible when everything remained as United AP. Andhra has been receiving huge financial assistance from the Centre for the last 18 months and Telangana never got a single penny.
So it is a matter of injustice. I want to make sure that our government will never discriminate Seemandhra people residing in Telangana. People will be treated the same way with all necessary benefits in our regime."
