A coin always has two sides. Similarly e-commerce sites too have pros and cons. Some times we get the product which we ordered, some times we don't. And those are the times where we panic. Recently one such incident has happened in Villupuram.
A teenager has ordered a Laptop online from a famous e-commerce site for a price of Rs.14090 bucks. But he was shocked to know that he got a brick. The delivery person left the place after providing the parcel.
Immediately the boy called the same delivery person and he has confessed that he can come back only in evening. Immediately the boy went to Police station and gave a complaint. He also contacted the retailer and told them what happened.
The company's representatives said they would make inquiries and contact him within 48 hours. Police report said that the boy has ordered for the laptop on December 22nd and he got the parcel on 30th December. He was not aware of the contents of the package. Even the delivery man wasn't. The delivery person gave back the money and Balachandar withdrew the complaint.
