CM Andhra Pradesh CM Chandra Babu surprised all after launching Talli Bidda Express (102 call centre) to shift pregnant women from house to hospital and later drop both mother and child to their house after delivery.
Chandra Babu after starting the call center dialed the number and interacted with the call centre employee. When Chandra Babu asked for 102 vehicle as if he was calling from Eluru Government Hospital and enquired in how much time the vehicle will arrive, she said it will take more than half an hour.
Shocked Chandra Babu asked how many vehicles they have and when she said in plenty,he questioned why so much time needed. He said why so much delay in serving as the Government aim is to provide service to all through 102 service.
He asked her to get
information before speaking and questioned what will be the impression
if on the first day the answers will be in such manner. Call centre
promised to send vehicle in 10 minutes.
