Network problems has created more troubles for people of India. We already reported about how the call drops play a role in increasing more money for telecom companies. The Bad Mobile phone connectivity still continues and this has forced all residents to switch to landlines and WhatsApp calls.
The problem arose after several mobile towers were sealed by the municipal corporations for being set up without valid permissions. Telecom companies promised to restore the services at the earliest. But so far nothing has happened.
One of the resident from Delhi said, "Call drops have been a huge problem. The bills have increased. Telecom companies failed to keep their promise. We have no choice and we have moved to make WhatsApp calls." On other hand, corporation officials say that lots of cases were pending due to these illegal towers.
Most of the towers were not having any permission. The civic agency has sealed 299 mobile towers till date but over 2300 still exist in areas under it. Radhe Shyam Sharma who is Delhi South corporation chairman said, "The terms and conditions failed in order to be modified."
