There was a huge temperature drop in Punjab and Haryana for past few weeks. And after a long time, the normal temperatures turned back. Now once again Minimum temperatures are back. People are struggling to lead a normal life. Mercury stayed in double digits in few parts of Punjab and Haryana.
The low temperature was creating more worries for the residents and inmates. Amritsar continued to be the coldest place in Punjab and Haryana. They have registered a low temperature of 4.2 Degree Celsius. Chandigarh recorded a low temperature of 10.2 degree Celsius.
The Meteorological department has promised that the minimum temperature will continue another two weeks. The temperature fall will be recorded in Ludhiana and Patiala settled at 8.9 deg Celsius and 10.7 degree Celsius respectively.
Haryana, Ambala and Hisar registered their minimum at 11.8 degree Celsius and 11.1 degree Celsius. Forecasting department has also warned about the intermittent rains which might trouble the residents of Punjab and Ludhiana.
