AIADMK General secretary J.Jayalalitha has said that she has been nurturing ADMK more than her own life. She also said her party will taste massive victory once again in the upcoming assembly elections.
She visited ADMK headquarters after 16 long months which is situated at Royapettah. She spoke with other party members in Villupuram South, Namakkal, Karur, Pudukkottai, Theni and Dindigul districts through video conferencing. She also unveiled MGR's statue through video conferencing.
She met party members outside and said, "I am so delighted to come back. This is just a prelude to party's victory in the upcoming assembly elections. The legacy of MGR should live forever and I am nurturing this more than my life." As Jayalalitha said this, there were lots of whistles and howlings by the party members who gathered outside.
A giant LED screen was kept outside the headquarters and Jayalalitha just did live streaming. Her speech lasted for five minutes. The last time she came to headquarters was in August 2014.
