Golconda Police has arrested a grocery store worker for stealing Rs.3.4 Lakhs cash which belongs to the employer. Police arrested the worker and they snatched Rs.3.4 lakhs cash. He deposited the amount in ICICI bank and police asked to withdraw the cash. He kept few other cash at his scooter and he parked near the shop itself.
Babu who owns the grocery store lodged the complaint and cops registered a case under section 381 (theft) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Regarding this, Golconda inspector Khaleel Pasha said, "We have already recovered 2.7 lakhs from Venu's account. We have taken him to Judicial custody.
He gave the rest of cash from scooter dickey. CCTV camera footage has clear evidence that he has stolen the money. He will be remanded until the court directs orders."
The grocery shop owner said, "I was shocked to know a huge sum was missing. When checked CCTV cameras, I found the robbery. He never left any traces. But the other hidden CCTV camera found out."
