IIT Student who disappeared from her hostel room on January 17th left a note saying that she is leaving to Himalayas in search of peace. She took a train to Mumbai with a Coimbatore person.
Police found out the person and now they are searching for a man from Uttarakhand who is believed to have spoken to Vedantam.L.Pratyusha on her mobile the day she went missing. The 26 year old girl phone records was analyzed by Police. The call records clearly revealed that she spoke to Gupta more than six times a day.
On the day where she went missing she spoke to him more than ten times a day. Police suspect that Pratyusha might have a relationship with that person. Police official said, "We have also asked Prathyusha's parents about the Uttarakhand man. We suspect he might be the significant reason behind this.
Pratyusha has also worked in a Private company before joining IIT. She is a native of Guntur and based on our investigation we found that she knew Mr.Gupta even before she joined IIT. "
