Recently a new born infant passed away in the Government hospital of Guntur due to rat bites. The whole society was shocked at the lethargic attitude of the authorities and the administration. Public trust in Government hospitals reached all time low. Now the pressure has reached Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas.
He has resolved to restore public confidence in Government institutions. But how ? He is going to take his Knee Surgery at Government hospital in Guntur. Operation was also completed and now the minister's knee injury is fine. But even this was mocked by YSRCP spokesperson Ambtai Rambabu.
The comments were startling. He said that the doctors who performed the surgery were from Private clinic and that itself defeats the purpose of whole endeavour. Kamineni Srinivas must issue a clarification regarding this as early as possible if not, what YSRCP spokesperson said may turn true.
But in case, if it is true that all Government doctors have done his surgery, he deserves a special applause. But right now the minister is facing heat due to YSRCP spokesperson.
