In Chennai, ATM Machine was pampered. It is obvious that some burglar has tried to pamper the ATM machine and he tried to rob it. It is not clear if he was a burglar or someone who turned angry when his card was rejected.
Police said, "The incident took place at an ATM near Mahindra City at Paranur. After watching the CCTV footage, the man who did it seems to be in early 30's and he came with trousers and T-shirt.
He had an umbrella in his hand and he tried to cover his face. But the footage shows his face for the few seconds. After trying to withdraw he turned violent. He tried to tamper the machine. When the alarm wen toff, he ran out."
Police has filed the case and they have sent a team to search the man. The police have also sought the help from South Indian Bank officials regarding the details of the last transaction before the machine was pampered.
