Telangana’s IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao who has been continuously challenging that  TRS would secure 100 seats in the upcoming GHMC elections is now in a catch twenty-two situation with his father and Telangana CM, K Chandrasekhar Rao not supporting that.

Yesterday KCR was questioned by media whether he was confident that KTR’s challenge will become true. For this KCR responded differently saying he doesn’t prefer to comment over the  number of seats they are winning.

But he vouched that TRS will emerge as the single largest party and naturally they will be bagging the mayor post of Hyderabad without any doubt. He also officially confirmed that MIM is a friendly partner.

This certainly hints over a possible post-poll alliance. GHMC currently has 150 divisions, out of which 30-35 seats in the Old City is expected to be won by MIM. If TRS needs to win 100 seats, then TDP, BJP and Congress all should be confined to  just 15-20 divisions which may not be the case. Well, then should KTR get ready for resignation?
